Booking Policy

• To book your location or studio shoot a sitting fee is required upon booking to secure your date and time.
• To book your event, childcare you can phone to book our services on 0755960133
• Forty eight hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your photo session booking
• Cancellations with in forty eight hours are non refundable and non transferable

Order Fulfillment and Cancellation Policy

• Once your order is finalized you have a cooling off period of up to two business days to cancel your order
• Urgent orders requested waiver the cooling off period and are final
• Any deposits paid prior to the cancellation of your order are refunded in full minus a $50 admin fee
• Due to the bespoke nature of orders, after the cooling off period your order is final and production is commenced

Digital Images and Prints

• Turn around time for digital images and prints is five to ten working days
• Due to the nature of digital images and photographs including copying, duplication and distribution once collected we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange your order
• Faulty USB’s, CD’s we replace free of charge up to a period of thirty days after you have received your products
• We recommend you download your images to your computer immediately and put your USB or DVDs in a safe place to avoid damage to them. Any additional copies requested with incur our normal charges after thirty days has concluded
• Damaged prints may be returned and replaced free up charged up to forty eight hours after your receive your prints.

Canvases, Albums and Custom Framing

• Turn around time for canvases, albums and custom framing are up to ten to fifteen working days
• All canvases, albums and custom frames come with a twelve month warranty.
• In the event your canvases, albums and custom frames are faulty we replace free of charge
